A pioneer of sales culture: By building a sales culture that reflects brand identity through systematic and analytical processes, she does not leave sales to chance.

Born in 1978. Graduated from İstanbul University with a B.S. in Space and Astronomy.


Began her career in 1997, while still continuing her university education, in the advertising sales organization at Milliyet Newspaper. After receiving her bachelor's degree in 2000, she began working full-time at the Pamukbank A.Ş. Call Center. Between 2001 and 2003, she led the team serving private clients at Bileşim A.Ş.


In 2004, she moved to Finansbank and took on the management of teams selling individual products through non-branch channels. In this role, she achieved sales rankings across Turkey.


She decided to continue her banking career at Fortisbank in 2008, managing newly established satellite branches.


Her successes in this role led to her appointment as the Regional Manager of Alternative Sales Channels for Istanbul and Ankara at the same bank. In this role, she led the team that made product sales via Blackberry for the first time in Turkey and received numerous awards both internally and externally.


After the merger of Fortisbank and TEB in 2011, she became the Individual Banking Sales Coordination Manager.


While working in this role, she served as a Regional Manager and Coach, and also as an in-house trainer, designing and delivering training programs for newly joined bank tellers, portfolio managers, and alternative distribution channel specialists.


Throughout her time at TEB, she took on critical tasks in areas such as Sales from PTT and point-of-sale credit, including the establishment of systems, organization of dealers, and process and target tracking.


In 2019, she focused on designing all banking technical and sales training programs for non-branch channels and continued her role as a trainer.


In 2021, Mrs. Sümerli joined the Enthusiast team, where she provides Sales Culture Consultancy and Sales Coaching, as well as training in Sales Techniques and Authentic Leadership.
