The training consists of 70% exercises and role-playing activities, ensuring that all participants get ample practice in desired behaviors and useful techniques. To ensure the learned techniques go beyond theoretical understanding, experienced facilitators use real-life scenarios. Participants get the chance to role-play in these scenarios, immediately applying the attitudes and tactics they have learned. The numerous exercises keep participants engaged.
