Born in 1975 in Izmir. Graduated from IzmirBornova Anatolian High School (English) and then Marmara University, International Relations (English).

 

Began his career as a Management Trainee at Pamukbank. After gaining corporate sales experience, he worked in the 'Banking of the Future' transformation program. He served as a Business Development Manager in the Risk Monitoring and Credit Allocation department, providing Credit and Risk Training to branch managers.

 

Planning to return to Izmir, he accepted an offer from Turkcell and started working as the Key Account Manager for the Aegean and Mediterranean Regions. Managing teams in a matrix structure, he secured major contracts with organizations listed in the top 2000 in Turkey.

 

Thanks to these achievements, he continued his career as the Turkcell Aegean and Mediterranean Regional Director. He established corporate sales teams in İzmir, Antalya, Adana, Mersin, Gaziantep, Hatay, and Kahramanmaraş provinces, and regularly provided training on Key Account Sales Management and Negotiation with Senior Executives.

 

During his experience in internal coaching at Turkcell, Samuray witnessed the transformative impact of coaching on individuals. This led him to depart from his role as a C-level executive in the last technology company he worked for, deciding to pursue his path as a professional coach and mentor.

 

After completing ICF-accredited coaching training, he further specialized in executive coaching by attending numerous training sessions and seminars. He has been consistently supporting organizations, managers, and teams in discovering themselves and realizing their potential.

 

With over 400 hours of coaching experience, he is furthering his studies in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy. He leverages his expertise to benefit numerous NGOs through voluntary projects he initiated, and mentors young professional athletes.

 

At Enthusiast, he has contributed to the development of hundreds of managers in leading Turkish corporations through Assessment Center practices. Within Enthusiast, he provides various Coaching, Mentoring, Authentic Leadership, and Personal Development training sessions.
