Our gamified training programs begin with a high-interaction game tailored to the organization's needs, participant levels, and numbers. As participants work to complete their tasks according to the provided instructions, our facilitators closely observe them and monitor the flow of the process.

At the end of the allotted time for the game, participants fill out carefully selected evaluation forms containing questions designed to encourage reflection and self-assessment of their experiences. This is followed by a group discussion led by the facilitators, where individual behaviors and group dynamics are examined. In this context, our facilitators share their observations and provide coaching to the groups.

It is at this point that the awareness generated triggers behavioral change and learning occurs. This is further enhanced through theoretical knowledge transfer, where competencies, methods, and tactics are explained.
