Born in 1977. Graduated from Kadıköy Girls High School and then İstanbul University with a B. A. in Economics (English).


Began her career as a Management Trainee at Yapı Kredi Bank and in the early years she specialized in Compensation and Benefits in the Human Resources Department.


After transferring to Oyakbank as the Compensation and Benefits Manager, she established a new compensation system required by the consolidation of 11 banks under one umbrella and managed the compensation policies.


Later became a Business Partner at ING Bank and participated in the Hay Group compensation project and talent management projects, actively contributing to the bank's change process. Following the successful management of these projects, she was promoted to lead all Business Partner teams.


She took on a significant change management process during the relocation of ING Bank’s Operations and Call Center to Kahramanmaraş, overseeing all human resources processes. She ensured that all employees went through the change process smoothly by establishing effective communication with both employees and leaders.

When she assumed the role of ING Bank’s Recruitment Manager, she differentiated the bank's recruitment processes based on employee segments. She equipped and optimized bulk recruitment processes with innovative tools.


Leading the ''Career Opportunities'' project aimed at enhancing the corporate culture and employee engagement, she pioneered the bank in becoming an institution that nurtures its own managers.


Managing ING Bank's Employer Brand, she made significant contributions to positioning ING among the top 10 banks where analytical talents graduating from leading universities in Turkey prefer to work.


In 2019, she joined the Enthusiast team to provide support to organizations in areas such as Human Resources Process Management and Employer Branding. Mrs. Sevig also offers Authentic Leadership and skills training alongside human resources professional development programs to Enthusiast’s corporate client portfolio.
