Born in 1981. Graduated from Ege University with a B.A in Chemistry.

 

Began her career in 2033, as one of the first sales representatives of individual retirement systems in Turkey at Yapı Kredi Emeklilik, starting as an Individual Retirement Specialist. During the two years she held this position, she received training in Sales Techniques, Customer Management, and Negotiation Skills, and had the opportunity to apply and develop what she learned in the field.

 

In 2005, after transitioning to Turkcell as a Corporate Customer Manager for Strategic Customers, she provided unique customer experiences while selling products/solutions and projects to corporate firms ranked in the top 500 in Turkey.

 

After nine years of experience in corporate sales, in 2014, she took on the role of Sales Mentoring in the Sales Coaching project designed for Turkcell Sales Managers. In this project, she provided sales managers with training in Sales Techniques, Communication Skills, and Customer Management, and accompanied them on their development journey through one-on-one mentoring sessions.

 

In 2021, she assumed the role of Senior Manager of Partner Management at Turkcell, becoming the leader of the team managing partners within the Turkcell ecosystem.

She continued to mentor both internally within Turkcell and externally. While serving as an in-house trainer at Turkcell, she found continuous development, change, and learning to be indispensable and equally enjoyable.

 

She became excited and happy to share what she learned, leading her to complete Neuro-Linguistic Programming - Trainer Training and Coaching program. Subsequently, she participated in numerous trainings and seminars on Stress and Motivation Management, Communication Skills, and Leadership.

 

Between 2015 and 2023, she provided over 100 hours of training on Stress and Motivation Management, Communication Skills, and Leadership, both within Turkcell Academy and at various corporate companies. She personally developed the content for these trainings.

 

In 2023, Mrs. Adıgüzel joined the Enthusiast team, where she provides Mentorship, Leadership, and Personal Development training.
