Born in 1980. Graduated from Ege University with a B.A in Economics (English).

 

Began his career in 2002 with the Garanti Bank Sales Trainee Manager Candidate program. He has served as a customer relationship manager in the fields of SME Banking and Commercial Banking at various branches in İzmir.

 

In 2007, he started working as an inspector at Akbank Inspection Board. He has served as a team member and team manager in branch, headquarters, and process audits.

 

In 2011, he joined ING Bank as a Project Manager and served in major projects such as new internet banking, call center infrastructure change, new mobile banking, and 3rd party business partnerships.

 

Later on, he continued his work as the Sales Risk Management Department Manager. In this capacity, he has successfully served as a manager in non-financial risk management, customer acceptance processes, implementation of international compliance projects, and regulatory risk management.

 

He has undertaken significant roles in the audits conducted by the Netherlands Central Bank and the European Central Bank at ING Bank. He has also led projects in implementing processes under the Customer Experience department to create a better experience.

 

During this period, he also served as an in-house trainer, providing numerous trainings on customer experience and non-financial risk management topics. Moreover, he has served as a change ambassador in headquarters units for streamlining processes and has completed Lean 6 Sigma - Green Belt training.

 

In 2018, he joined ING Bank Amsterdam as a Business Consultant in the Global Risk and Control Department. He worked on centralizing the non-financial risk management practices of ING countries.

 

In 2019, he left corporate life and started working as a consultant and trainer in financial management, customer experience, and institutionalization.

 

He joined the Enthusiast team in 2022 and has since served as a trainer and consultant on topics such as Leadership, Process Management, Assessment Centers, Corporate Culture, and Game-Based Training.
